Terms & Conditions

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under our compliance obligations.
• "IDR" / "Rp" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the primary fiat currency supported on the Platform for Indonesian users.
• "USDT" means Tether USD stablecoin, supported for deposits and withdrawals via TRC-20 and ERC-20 blockchain networks.

Access to the Platform and participation in any Service is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. wso188 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and markets. Misrepresentation of age is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful in your country or region of access.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or shareholder of wso188 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member or household member of any such person.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3.1 — Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one active Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other verification signal — wso188 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated bonuses or winnings.

3.2 — Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, your primary email address, and your preferred payment details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. wso188 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account details provided by the User.

3.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication code with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

3.4 — Account Currency

Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) is the default account currency for users accessing the Platform from Indonesia. USDT accounts are available for users who prefer cryptocurrency transactions. Once an account currency is set at registration, it cannot be changed retroactively. All displayed odds, balances, and transaction histories will reflect the selected account currency.

wso188 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations. All Users are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal request.

4.2 — Verification Timeline

5.1 — Supported Payment Methods

5.2 — Fees

5.3 — Minimum Transaction Limits

Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 (or USDT equivalent). Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal and daily limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Users will be advised of applicable limits within the Platform's cashier section.

5.4 — Processing Times

• Withdrawals: Processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC status and any active bonus wagering requirements.

5.5 — Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the User's own name. wso188 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Users must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is approved. wso188 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding threshold amounts determined by our compliance team.

6.1 — Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times ("rollover" or "turnover" requirement) before they convert to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's individual terms. Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., low-RTP table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward completing the rollover requirement.

6.2 — Bonus Abuse

wso188 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts, using low-variance betting strategies to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating wagers with other users to guarantee outcomes. Any account found to be abusing promotional terms will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

6.3 — Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated free spins or free bets expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion's terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance and cannot be reinstated.

6.4 — Right to Withdraw Promotions

wso188 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect wagers already validly placed under the previous terms.

All wagers placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules of the relevant product vertical. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

7.1 — Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and international fixtures involving Timnas Indonesia — are governed by the rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform. Markets such as bandar bola (sports bookmaking) and mix parlay (accumulator betting combining multiple match selections) carry their own specific settlement rules. In the event of a match cancellation, postponement beyond 12 hours, or walkover, all affected single-match wagers will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator legs involving a voided match will be settled as if that leg did not exist.

7.2 — Live Betting

Live in-play markets are offered on selected fixtures. wso188 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice, particularly when a significant event (e.g., a red card, penalty, or goal) is being processed. Wagers accepted before a suspension are valid; wagers placed after an event that caused the suspension but before market closure may be voided at wso188's sole discretion.

7.3 — Casino & Slot Games

7.5 — Obvious Errors

wso188 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error — for example, due to a data feed failure, software malfunction, or human input error. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned in full. wso188 will exercise this right reasonably and will not void wagers solely because the outcome was unfavorable to the Company.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct faces immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one Account, including accounts in other persons' names.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage over other users or the house.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider wagering based on non-public information.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain credits, free play, or winnings that would not ordinarily be available.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) or counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.
• Placing wagers on behalf of another person who would otherwise be ineligible to use the Platform (e.g., a minor or a self-excluded individual).
• Engaging in chargeback fraud by disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering.
• Using VPN services, proxies, or other technical means to circumvent geo-restrictions or misrepresent your location.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the wso188 brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of wso188 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of wso188.

Game assets, live dealer streams, and third-party software remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and studios. Any unauthorized recording, redistribution, or commercial use of live dealer streams or game content is strictly prohibited.

wso188 does not sell personal data to third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for internal analytics and product development. KYC documents are retained for a minimum of five years following account closure, in accordance with standard AML record-keeping requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wso188 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of wagered funds resulting from game outcomes, whether perceived as fair or unfair.
• Interruptions, delays, or outages affecting Platform availability, including those caused by third-party infrastructure, internet service providers, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, statistics, or other data displayed on the Platform that contained errors.
• Decisions made by sports governing bodies (e.g., FIFA, PSSI, BWF) that affect the settlement of previously accepted wagers.

In any event, wso188's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 — Termination by wso188

wso188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to pass KYC verification, regulatory instruction, or any other reason that wso188 deems sufficient in its sole discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach, any verified cash balance (excluding non-vested Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.

12.2 — Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements must be satisfied, and any pending withdrawals will be completed. 12.3 — Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, your license to use the Platform terminates immediately. All Bonus Funds are forfeited. Cash balances net of pending obligations will be returned. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — shall remain in full effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wso188 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause prevents wso188 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

wso188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure. wso188 will not apply amended Terms retroactively to wagers already settled before the amendment's effective date.
